Naratifs for Organisations and Campuses
One plan for many people. Everyone in a seat has Naratifs Plus, and their boards stay theirs: end-to-end encrypted, so nobody in the organisation, its owners and admins included, can open them.
- Make itName it here. You become its owner.
- Buy its seatsBy the month or the year, paid in rupiah.
- Invite its peopleBy email, by its domain, or from Okta or Entra.
Overview
Who has a seat, how long the seats are paid for, and the storage your people use. Never what is on anyone’s boards or what they did.

Domains and Sign-In
Add the email domains your organisation owns and prove each with a DNS record. Then choose who may join and how people at those domains sign in.
Provisioning (SCIM)
Let your organisation’s own system (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud) add your people, change their names and remove them here on its own, through SCIM 2.0. Someone it adds is invited as from People and joins under Account; someone it makes inactive or deletes loses their seat and their access to the boards others here shared with them at once. Owners are only changed here. It never reaches anyone’s boards.
What Your System Asks For
Tokens
A token is shown once, when it is made. Keep it in your system only; Revoke stops it at once.
This is the token. Copy it into your system now; it won’t be shown again.
Okta
- In your Naratifs app, open General, choose Edit and set Provisioning to SCIM.
- Under Provisioning → Integration, give the SCIM Connector Base URL above, userName as the Unique Identifier, and tick Import New Users and Profile Updates, Push New Users, Push Profile Updates.
- Choose HTTP Header as the Authentication Mode and paste the token.
- Choose Test Connector Configuration, then Save; under To App turn on Create Users, Update User Attributes and Deactivate Users.
Microsoft Entra ID
- In your Naratifs enterprise application, open Provisioning and set the mode to Automatic.
- Give the Tenant URL above and the token as the Secret Token, then choose Test Connection and Save.
- Under Mappings, keep userName from userPrincipalName (or mail) and active from the account’s state.
- Assign the people or groups who should have a seat, and turn Provisioning Status on.
On a campus, send userType as Staff (or Faculty, Lecturer, Dosen) for lecturers and staff; anyone else is a student.
Kitt and AI
How your people use Kitt, counted from when each of them joined: calls, tokens, what calls on their own keys cost at list price, and the Kitt credits they used. Never what anyone asked or what Kitt answered.

Data Rules
Look for what should not leave your organisation (ID numbers, card and account numbers, phone numbers, medical record numbers, words such as RAHASIA, cards with a label) before a board is published, shared outside, saved as a picture or copied out, or sent to an outside AI service or an MCP server. Boards are end-to-end encrypted, so the rules are read in each person’s own browser; you see that a rule found something, who, at which step and the reason they gave, never the words.
What They Found
Audit Log
What happened in your organisation, as events only: sign-ins with the address they came from, people joining, leaving and changing roles, settings, boards shared and published, Kitt Cloud and AI keys, and what your data rules found. Never anyone’s words. Each event carries a hash of the one before, so a change afterwards shows. Send them to your SIEM as they happen, or download them as JSON.
Signing Secret
Each delivery carries X-Naratifs-Signature: t=…,v1=…, an HMAC-SHA256 of “t.body” with this secret, so your SIEM can check it came from Naratifs.

Delete Organisation
Everyone’s seat ends, and with it the Plus it gave them; seats already paid for are not refunded. Nobody’s boards change. Type its name to delete it.
