Delete Your Account

You can delete your Naratifs account at any time, from the app on any device or by writing to us. Naratifs is run by PT Aplikasi Naratifs Indonesia; this page is part of our Privacy Policy.

In the app

1. Open Naratifs (at naratifs.com, or the app on your phone) and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete Account…, type your account’s email to confirm, and choose Delete Account.

It happens at once.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email corporate@naratifs.com from the email of your account, asking us to delete it. We confirm it is yours and delete it within 3 working days.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in.
• Your workspaces, boards, cards and files, and the encrypted keys that open them.
• Your Kitts, their memory, orders and chats; your chats with people; your keys and credentials kept with us.
• Boards you shared, for their members too. Boards others shared with you stay theirs.
• Your Plus plan and unused Kitt credits. Ask for a refund first if you are owed one (Refund Policy).

What we keep

• Records of payments (the amount, date and email paid with), as Indonesian tax law requires, for up to 10 years.
• Counts of AI use you made on another person’s key (tokens and cost, never what was asked or answered), kept for them without your account.

Copies kept in a browser or on a phone stay there until you sign out on it or remove the app. Our backups are written over within 30 days.
